Informing requirements under Swedish data protection law

The Swedish Data Protection Authority will in most cases require the controller to provide Swedish data subjects with the privacy notice in Swedish. Hereby, the Swedish authority is following the Guidelines on Transparency of Article 29 Working Party (WP260), which states that information must be provided fairly.
