Transfers between public bodies

Article 20 of the Belgian Data Protection Act lays down a procedure for the transfer of personal data between public bodies. Here, a protocol with legally standardized content must be created for each type of processing.

Art. 7 of the Belgian Data Protection Act sets the age limit for effective consent at 13 years.
