Guidelines of the supervisory authority
- The Czech Data Protection Authority issued a guidelineon how controllers should perform data protection impact assessments, including the content requirements, instructions for specific cases of data processing, such as multiple processing, the description of risks and risk assessment, the description of measures to prevent risks, etc.
