Authorization requirement
Certain processing activities by private entities require prior authorization from the Danish Data Protection Agency. These include (but are not limited to) the following:
- processing of personal data carried out for the purpose of warning others against having business relations or accepting employment with a data subject,
- processing carried out for the purpose of commercial disclosure of data for the assessment of financial standing and creditworthiness or
- processing carried out exclusively for the purpose of operating legal information systems
