The Info Act specifies additional definitions in its interpretative provisions, such as the data subject, identifiable natural person, data erasure, data destruction, data transfer, disclosure etc.
Date erasure means making the data unrecognisable in such a way that its restoration is no longer possible.
Data destruction means the complete physical destruction of the medium that contains the data.
Data transfer means providing access to the data for a designated third party.
Disclosure means making the data accessible to anyone.
