Data on criminal convictions and offences

The Info Act governs data processing for law enforcement, national security and national defence purposes.

Art. 5 Subsec. 7 of the Info Act stipulates that data controllers can process personal data related to criminal convictions and offences in accordance with the rules on the processing of special categories of personal data.
