Notification of the Data Protection Officer to the authorities
Slovak Data Protection Authority enables different types of methods, how to communicate the contact details of the data protection officer to the supervisory authority (in Slovak). Accordingly, the notification may be done online, or by mailing the copy of this form to the Slovak authorities.
Publication of DPO’s contact details
Article 44(8) of the Data Protection Act specifically names the website of a controller or a processor as an example about where a controller or a processor shall publish the contact details of the data protection officer.
