- Without prejudice to any other legal remedy, every natural or legal person shall have the right to take legal action against a legally binding decision of the Federal Commissioner.
- Subsection 1 shall apply accordingly to data subjects if the Federal Commissioner does not handle a complaint pursuant to Section 60 or does not inform the data subject within three months of the progress or outcome of the complaint.
